Faster, Smarter, Better: Duplo Products Raise the Bar at drupa 2016

Duplo International, the market leader with the widest range of finishing systems in the print industry, will be using drupa as the launchpad for a raft of new state-of-the-art products.

Duplo’s comprehensive portfolio covers bookletmakers, saddlestitchers, collators, multifinishers, binders, folders and duplicators. There will be almost a dozen new products on show for visitors to the Duplo booth at drupa (Stand 61, Hall 6), all of them designed to enable faster turnaround times with smart technology advances and better workflow integration.

One of the headline-making new products for Duplo at drupa will be the first public showing of PFi Di-CUT 300. This on-demand diecutter can produce a variety of digital print and packaging products. It performs multiple cuts, slits, slit score, kiss cuts, perforations and window punches for single or multiple-up pieces, on a wide range of paper stocks at 3,000 sheets per hour.

A major benefit is an industry-first X&Y automated registration system. Registration mark smart technology enables the machine to counter image drift. It is operated by a simple touchscreen panel that provides micro adjustments.

Other new products:
