Mohsin’s initial frustration stemmed from outsourcing printing jobs for his design clients. After careful consideration, Mohsin and his wife decided to go for it, and begin their own printshop in 2016, “We discussed it, and we said, 'Let's take this plunge.' It will bring something new to the business." Their focus on providing innovative solutions to their clients played a significant role in their decision-making process.
Once the decision was made, Mohsin took some time to grow the business, all the time ensuring that the quality they were offering their customers was the highest possible. “When we started this business, we didn't even know how to make a book or bind a book”, but with time, and the right people and support, they made a success of their printshop.
One Year Later
After hearing about Spot UV varnishing at Gulf Print in Dubai, in 2017, Mohsin and his wife were curious but unsure. But, after seeing the Duplo DuSense DDC-810 again in 2018, they decided to take the plunge, he explains "(We) did the down payment and within two days, they came with the machine. It took about a week before we could set it up." With the arrival of the Duplo DuSense DDC-810, they were able to offer a wide range of embellishment services, including business cards and covers, impressing their clients with unique Spot UV finish.
Mohsin and his wife recognised the potential of the Duplo DuSense DDC-810 in fuelling their creative pursuits. With a business card order, they would send 25 with spot UV, free of charge. By providing samples of their enhanced prints, they captured the attention of clients and demonstrated the capabilities of their new machine, paving the way for increased business opportunities.

Mohsin states, "She always provided good solutions to the clients, and that's something that helped us retain a lot of the clients."
